It's finally December! While the holiday celebrations are underway at various parties, events, and social gatherings – it's also important to reflect on 2022, be thankful and grateful for what we have, and do a bit of giving to those around us that could use a little magic during the holiday season. I love the idea of "paying it forward" with acts of kindness. Small acts of kindness go a long way. It can be as subtle as a smile or a hug! Make a conscious decision to think of simple ways to "pay it forward" this holiday season.

As always I've created a custom newsletter with two personal updates, my small business spotlight of the month, Sacramento's most recent real estate trends, three Michelin restaurants within the Sacramento Region, a downloadable kitchen catalog, the real estate Eye Candy of the Month, and as always end the newsletter with the local, US, & Canadian "Partner Calendar" top cities events.

Small Business SPOTLIGHT of the Month
Pauly Law Offices, Inc.
Two adults pose together; the woman holds an Estate Planning Strategies book.
I'm often asked "who do you know that can help me write a trust?" or "I need to modify my old trust, do you know anyone?" During this year's Client Appreciation Pie Event, my client/friend Arthur Pauly, a practicing estate planning attorney & part of the WealthCounsel Attorneys – gifted me his latest book, "Estate Planning Strategies". The book is intended to educate on the importance of estate planning to give families peace of mind when it comes to asset management & to build a legacy for the next generation.
