10th Anniversary of

Sacramento's

Tower Bridge Dinner

I had an incredible evening with my friends and clients at the spectacular Farm to Fork Festival kickoff dinner, celebrating its tenth anniversary of the Tower Bridge Dinner on the bridge! ✨✨ The iconic Tower Bridge dinner was pure elegance and deliciousness. 🌟For the details and view of the event view here!

First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom spoke at the dinner and reiterated Sacramento Region's identity as America's FARM to FORK Capital and the impact our region has by providing sustainable food not just locally and to California but, to the entire country and globally. According to the U.S. Geological Services, the Central Valley supplies 8% of U.S. agricultural output and produces 25% of the Nation's food, including 40% of the Nation's fruits, nuts, and other table foods. This is just incredible.

As I continue to support Sacramento Food Literacy Center, I would like to share the link with anyone interested in placing a monetary contribution to this great organization. Their mission is "to inspire kids to eat their vegetables... teach children in low-income elementary schools cooking, nutrition, gardening, and active play to improve our health, environment, and economy."

Greater Sacramento Region

August has concluded, mirroring July 2023 in terms of statistical performance. As we observe the Sacramento Regional's real estate market transitioning from its summer peak, it is reasonable to expect a dip in metrics for September. Historically, this region experiences a dip / low down from August to September and up to the beginning of the Spring Season typically picking up in February.

If you are contemplating a real estate purchase, now may prove to be an opportune time to initiate your search, as we are on the cusp of what promises to be a favorable season for prospective buyers. Let's not forget that inventory still is at one month and a half. Therefore it is still a "seller's market".

Will winter 2023 be an El Niño year?
